nights minimum stay required during the low season.
A seven night minimum stay in July and August.

The asking price doesn't refer to a single guest but to the whole apartment.
The price is ALL INCLUSIVE (VAT, heating, electrical hook up, water, gas, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen,
final cleaning, free use of two mountain bikes, free tastes of typical tuscan foods
and wine).
An extra charge is required only for extra beds*

Deposit: 25% of the total amont to be sent by postal or bank order after the first
confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation:
° Weekend:full
refund, minus € 12.50 processing fee, if notification provided
within 72 hours of 2:00 PM check in.
° Week: full refund, minus € 12.50 processing fee, if notification
provided within 30 days of 2:00 PM check in.
50% refund, minus € 12.50 processing fee, if notification
provided within 15 days of 2:00 PM check in.
No refund if if notification provided after 14 days of 2:00 PM check
in.
